Chris and Kelly Reynolds

I first met Chris and Kelly shortly after they had gotten married and moved to San Diego— which is funny considering Chris moved and served all around the West Georgia area beforehand. He was serving on staff at Elevate Church in San Diego, which is a church plant from Midway. My son, Jeremy, felt led to go out there and lead worship for Elevate, which is when I met the Reynolds’. They were actually with us and with Jeremy through his cancer journey. In the meantime, Chris and Kelly moved back to West Georgia. Chris was working at Target and Kelly was working at Chick-fil-a Corporate. Then Chris got a job in full time ministry and worked with West Hills and Crossroads Church for many years. They started having kids and they just referred me like crazy—family members, friends, coworkers. They have just been really great clients.Chris reached out to me last year about feeling led out of full time ministry and asked me about my experience and transition into Real Estate. It was just really cool to have a conversation with someone coming out of full time ministry and talk to them about how Real Estate is a ministry. It’s just serving people. We just connected and he called me back a few months later and told me he was getting his license and wanted to come and work for me. About the same time that he finished up getting his license, I was making the decision to build a Real Estate team. I remember telling my assistant that he was going to make a great fit and here we are several weeks later!Chris is just a good friend and man with some real natural ability for real estate. He is going to be a fantastic Realtor because he gets the serving part of the job. I love the fact that he and Kelly are Christ followers and compassionate people. They care about and serve other people. They have 3 beautiful kids! The are loved by so many people and Chris never meets a stranger. He is incredibly organized and a strong leader. I can already see him sharpening me as a leader. He has also brought a lot of humor and fun to our team as well. They both just have such kind and gentle spirits about them! He’s got a lot of energy. Kelly is just sweet and supportive. She is such a gentle spirit and very discerning about the needs of other. They are just a joy to be around. It’s been a joke around the office that he and Kelly hadn’t made it as the “Clients of the Week”. However, I wanted to make this a special post to make up for that.So for these reasons and many, many more I would like to honor Chris and Kelly as the very first “Clients of the Week” of our team and Chris the first and probably only “Client Turned Teammate”!
