There are too many moments, I hear phrases like “Don’t mix business with pleasure”, or “Don’t do business with friends or family”. I 100% get the risk in taking this step, but it is also one of the greatest compliments to know that a friend would trust you with one of the biggest portions of their finances, their home.

I’ve had the pleasure of growing up with Kenny Rivers, and it has been incredible to see and experience how full his life has become with his wife Ashley, and little boy Emmett. We have been preparing to sell his home ever since he broke ground and built his forever home on family land. There is no doubt a little more pressure with a friend that trusts you, and someone who continues to remind you as you navigate the journey of listings, and showings, and offers, that they still trust your professional opinion and advice. And though we have not completed this journey and story yet, if I could duplicate the process with Kenny for every transaction I for sure would. He is kind, funny, loves the Lord, a reckless devoted supporter of the Braves, even when they choke, I have mad respect for that! Incredible husband, Incredible father, and an incredible friend!
