Lonny and Kendra Chafin
Goodness gracious! I go way, way back with Kendra! I connected with her and her family back when I was a youth pastor at Whitesburg Christian Church. She was in my youth group.
Fast forward, several years later, I got to be apart of Lonny and Kendra’s wedding at Callaway Gardens. Tina and Kendra are cousins and we’ve continued a long time tradition of camping with them and their family every summer at the same campground at the lake for probably the last 12 or more years. They have an amazing daughter, Lindsey, who is very smart and sweet. She and Tina always do fun things together when we camp.
Years ago, I helped them sell a townhome in Carrollton and they bought a home. Then recently sold it and now are building a beautiful home in the middle of beautiful acreage. Lonny and Kendra are both super smart and super skilled people. Lonny for example, did several things to improve the previous house to get it ready to sell and I was very impressed with all that was able to do. One thing I’ve learned about him is if he doesn’t know how to fix it, he will learn how to fix it!
They are the type of friends that we always pick up the conversation where we left off. It’s relaxing and we can talk about trucks, boats, camping, pretty much anything. I am thankful that I also get to serve at church with them and I have always known and seen them to be super kind and generous people!
I am honored and blessed that I can call them great clients, friends, and family. For these reasons and many more I would like to honor Lonny and Kendra Chafin as the “Clients of the Month”.
