I met Zach and Brittnee shortly before they started serving in the student housing at City Station. After living in an apartment at City Station for a little while, after they got married, it wasn’t long until they reached out to our team about finding them a house in Carrollton. 

They were in a price point that was incredibly popular last year, and we made offers and got beat out because the market was so crazy. Finally, we found a house for them to look at that I had heard rumors about going on the market so we reached out and they were able to get inside and craft an offer that made us win the bid.

One of the things I appreciated about Zach and Brittnee was that they really wanted to find a house that would allow them to do ministry. Zach is a campus minister for CCF, a college ministry at West Georgia, and it was really cool to help them find a home that has a big yard and is perfect for them to entertain those students. Brittnee had amazing vision for the house and could see how to add certain touches to help them turn it into the home they were really wanting. Zach asked amazing questions. I could really tell that his dad had taught him well in walking through the process very carefully. 

They both had such a sweet spirit about them the entire time and when Tabi or I would show them a property they were super respectful in every way. They were just a joy to work with and we were so grateful to serve them and even hear that they had already recommended us to three people! It’s cool to see two young people that love the Lord, love each other and then it was an honor to help them find a home that can serve them well in ministry as well! 

For these reasons and many more, we would like to honor Zach and Brittnee Ziegler as our “Clients of the Month.”
