Susan Buchanan
When we first met Susan Buchanan at her house last July, she was seeking some counsel on her home and asked us to discuss it with her. Susan knew she wanted to sell her home but was not quite ready to go to market. She was incredibly sweet and thoughtful as we walked through her home, discussing business and life. It was easy to see that Susan was a kind heart and we looked forward to the opportunity to serve her.
Early this year, Susan reached out to us and the whole team responded to the call. We were amazed with the work she had put it, and we were excited about finding her a fitting buyer. She told us that she wanted the most for her house, and with the diligent work she put in, we were able to receive over asking.
Susan is a very kind, sweet, direct, and knowledgeable person who asked countless good questions that allowed us to better serve her. She is very honorable to her children, family, and friends, and was determined and detail oriented. It was a monumental task to accomplish this on her own but she took it in stride.
It was a honor to help her and serve her. She is a wonderful person and very kind towards our team. She mentioned multiple times that she was thankful for the service Lindsey and the team provided. Serving her was a dream and we were thankful for all her help throughout the process.
